Physician (MD/DO)

This position offers 30+ hours per week, floating between multiple family medicine sites across several South Carolina counties.

As a vital team member, the physician will develop and oversee a community-based primary care program focused on improving access to high-quality, family-centered services.

The role involves designing an integrated delivery model emphasizing prevention, health maintenance, education, and evidence-based chronic disease management, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate demonstrates patient-centered care, strong communication, and current expertise in primary care practices.

Requirements include an accredited medical degree, family medicine residency completion, active South Carolina medical license, and board certification or eligibility.

Skills needed are clinical proficiency, effective communication, critical thinking, confidentiality, and detail-oriented decision-making.

Physical demands involve communication, computer use, and occasional mobility; travel is minimal.
