Physician (MD/DO) | Post-Acute Care | Greenville, SC

We are hiring a full-time Physician (MD or DO) to join our expanding Post-Acute Care team in Greenville, SC.

Enjoy a weekday-only schedule with no weekends, low daily patient volume in a Skilled Nursing and Rehab setting.

Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, managing treatment plans, supervising staff, ensuring compliance, collaborating with facility teams, and accurate documentation and billing.

Qualifications: MD or DO, active SC license, DEA, DHEC credentials, understanding of post-acute care, leadership skills, and EMR experience preferred.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6–8 hour shifts, approximately 16 patients/day, with part-time options available. No nights, weekends, or on-call.
