We are seeking a Licensed Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LSOTP) for a full-time position with a starting salary of $75,000, commensurate with experience and licensure.
Provide therapeutic services in a 48-bed residential facility for males aged 12-19, utilizing milieu therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to promote positive behavior, self-esteem, accountability, and social skills.
Work under the supervision of the Clinical Director and COO in a supportive, respectful environment dedicated to youth redemption and community partnership.
Requirements include a master’s degree in Counseling or related field, Illinois licensure, experience in juvenile counseling preferred, and proficiency with technology tools like Outlook, Google Calendar, and MS Office.
