Urgent Care Physician – Per Diem

This position is for a licensed physician in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine with 2-5 years of clinical experience, including adult and pediatric practice, preferably in urgent care or emergency settings.

Responsibilities include examining and treating patients, diagnosing, prescribing medications, ordering tests, treating minor injuries, and patient education.

The physician will independently perform clinical services, supervise PA/NP colleagues remotely, and act as a collaborating physician for up to four providers. Shifts are typically 8 or 12 hours.

Qualifications include board certification or eligibility, active medical licensure, and proficiency in office procedures and electronic health records. Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills are preferred.
