We are seeking a full-time Licensed Counselor (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LSOTP) to work in a 48-bed residential facility for youth aged 12-19.
The role offers a starting salary of $70,000 for fully licensed counselors, with benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).
Responsibilities include providing therapeutic treatment using milieu therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to promote positive behavior, self-esteem, accountability, and social skills.
Qualifications include a master’s degree in counseling or a related field, Illinois licensure, and experience in juvenile counseling preferred.
