Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice in Toms River, NJ.

This role offers a focus on patient care with no after-hours calls or hospital rounding, supported by a strong team and workflow designed to reduce burnout.

Position details include:

Full-time or part-time options with competitive salary ($220,000–$260,000)

Flexible scheduling, including choosing your hours, with typical hours at 36 per week

Responsibility for outpatient visits, documentation, and leading office staff

Qualifications include MD or DO, NJ license, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, and strong interpersonal skills.
