The Psychiatric Mental Health Advance Practice Provider (APP) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.

The APP evaluates, diagnoses, monitors, and manages patients using advanced assessment skills and clinical therapeutics.

Works in collaboration with a supervising physician.

**Qualifications:**

Post Graduate Degree and Advanced Practice Clinician Licensure.
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS.
No prior experience necessary.

**Skills & Abilities:**

Strong organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proficient in computer charting and Excel.
Ability to manage stress, make decisions under pressure, and handle multiple priorities.
Capable of working independently in confined or crowded areas.

**Working & Physical Conditions:**

Exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases.
Requires medium physical effort, including prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and manual dexterity.
Good vision, hearing, and coordination needed.
