Role: Registered Nurse (RN) for Medical Surgical unit on night shift.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult patients with medical and post-surgical needs. Perform thorough assessments, administer medications safely, manage wounds and post-op care, and monitor patients for changes in condition.
Collaboration & Education: Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document all care accurately in the EHR.
Qualifications & Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, knowledge of wound and post-op care, medication safety, and effective communication. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate a commitment to evidence-based practice.
