Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key intermediary between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Monitor patient conditions, assist with care planning, deliver safe and effective care, document assessments and interventions, advocate for patients, and support performance improvement initiatives.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to promote understanding and satisfaction.
Contribute to a positive work environment through mentorship, professional growth, and adherence to standards and policies.
Participate in quality improvement projects, uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, and support shared governance.
Qualifications & Skills: An Associate’s Nursing degree or diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), valid RN license (single or multi-state), and BLS certification are required. Experience in direct patient care is preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills are essential.
