Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical environment. Responsibilities: Performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation), coordinating care, partnering with patients and families, practicing relationship-based care, and supporting performance improvement initiatives. Teamwork & Collaboration: Ensuring safe documentation, promoting respectful interdisciplinary communication, participating in shared governance, and fostering a collaborative environment. Professional Development: Completing competency assessments, serving as a preceptor or mentor, and engaging in ongoing education and research activities. Resource Management: Planning patient care across the continuum, developing protocols, and supporting efficient resource utilization. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 5 years RN experience, valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment using technology effectively.
