Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team in a clinical setting, following evidence-based practices and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver individualized care.
Partnering with patients and families, utilizing effective communication methods such as bedside reports and education.
Ensuring documentation and care delivery promote safety, quality, and inclusivity.
Participating in performance improvement activities, research, and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
Supporting resource management, protocol development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills:
Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact), and BLS certification.
Less than one year of clinical experience is acceptable; prior direct patient care experience preferred.
Knowledge of professional nursing standards, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements.
