Registered Nurse (RN) – Part Time

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team.
Responsibilities: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; ensuring safety, confidentiality, and compliance with policies. Act as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating families, and promoting patient satisfaction. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, mentor colleagues, and support shared governance. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree; active RN license (single or multi-state); BLS certification; experience with direct patient care preferred. Demonstrates strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
Key Duties: Monitor patient conditions, coordinate care plans, document assessments and interventions, and foster positive patient and family experiences. Contribute to process improvements and professional growth. Uphold professional standards and support a positive work environment.
