Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral member of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They utilize evidence-based practices, perform comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care aligned with patient needs and goals. Partner effectively with patients and families through clear communication and education. Coordinate and document safe, high-quality clinical care, supporting team collaboration and respectful environment. Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Serve as preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth and maintain a competent workforce. Contribute to protocol development and resource management for optimal care delivery. Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor of Nursing (preferred). Active RN license (single-state or multi-state Compact). BLS certification required. Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills. Proficient in technology and clinical documentation.
