Role Overview: Plans and implements speech therapy treatment programs across all ages, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes individualized therapy plans based on accepted speech pathology practices.
- Coordinates with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive treatment services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Must hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license with authorization to practice in the relevant state.
- Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and a valid driver’s license.
- Experience preferred in speech therapy, with at least one year in relevant settings such as home health or clinical environments.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques across diverse patient populations.
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain required certifications within ninety days of hire.
