Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician

Join an experienced team as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM & R) Physician* at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY.

Provide leadership for a CARF-accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit & Outpatient Clinic.

Work with admission screeners to identify suitable patients via referral or consults.

Manage approximately 10 inpatient cases and collaborate on individualized, patient-centered care plans.

Contribute to quality improvement activities driven by CARF standards.

Outpatient clinic opportunities available, with influence on departmental vision.

Schedule: Full-time, M-F, with call as needed.

Qualifications: MD or DO, BC/BE in PM&R.

Compensation & Benefits: $260K-$370K/year, RVU considerations, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, PTO, CME, health and retirement plans, malpractice insurance, loan assistance negotiable, and more.

Schedule Options: Various shifts, including day, evening, night, and weekends, with flexible hours.

Requirements: BC/BE in PM&R or equivalent, Doctorate degree, ability to relocate with employer support.
