Seeking a Cardiac or Cardiovascular Sonographer to provide advanced ultrasound imaging for adult patients.
Performing transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms to diagnose cardiac conditions.
Preparing equipment, educating patients, analyzing clinical histories, and adapting protocols for individualized exams.
Serving as an educational resource for staff, physicians, and students, while contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Participating in meetings, quality assurance, and occasional on-call, weekend, or evening shifts under cardiologist supervision.
Demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and judgment skills to operate independently.
Maintaining required certifications such as RDMS, RCS, RDCS, and BLS, with certification completion within 3 months of hire.
Preferred candidates will have training in cardiac ultrasound, with knowledge of new technologies and procedures.
