Role: Caregiver
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Following and documenting updates to Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
- Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents
- Engaging residents through conversation and daily activities
- Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicating effectively with families and care team members
- Creating enriching experiences in Memory Care for residents with memory loss
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- HHA, PCA, or CNA license
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
