Seeking a contract Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist (16-30 hrs/week, onsite and virtual) to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment for children and adolescents in Long Beach, CA.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, diagnosing, prescribing and managing medications, collaborating with treatment teams, and maintaining timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
Requires board certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, M.D./D.O. license, DEA license, and experience working with diverse youth populations, preferably in a DMH-funded setting. Bilingual skills and knowledge of EHR systems are desirable.
Offers flexible schedule, compensation at $210-$230/hour, and the opportunity to make a positive impact within a community-based, strength-focused approach.
