Family Physician (MD or DO)

A social-justice oriented Family Physician is sought to provide comprehensive care in a community-based health center dedicated to health equity. The role involves direct patient care, care-team development, quality improvement, and population health management at a Federally Qualified Health Center serving diverse populations. Responsibilities include developing clinical programs, collaborating with specialists, contributing to quality initiatives, and delivering patient education and follow-up. Candidates should have a CA medical license, board eligibility, experience in community health, and strong communication skills. Bilingual abilities and familiarity with electronic health records are advantageous. The position offers full-time or part-time hours, competitive salary, and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with no nights, and requires reliable commuting or relocation to Sausalito, CA. Experience in team-based care and community clinics is preferred.
