Seeking a board-certified family medicine physician to join our outpatient primary and urgent care clinics in Fredericksburg and Stafford, VA.

Provide comprehensive care to adolescents and adults, including health assessments, prescribing medications, treatments, disease prevention, and management.

Supervise a team of Nurse Practitioners.

Manage up to 30 patients daily, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends.

Participate in rotating on-call duties.

Full-time position offering competitive pay starting at $200,000/year, PTO, and paid holidays.

Must have a MD degree, DEA, and be willing to work in person with a team.

Willingness to travel up to 25% preferred.
