Family Practice Physician (MD/DO), 45th Street Clinic (.6 -.7 FTE)

Seeking a family practice physician to provide patient-centered care for a diverse population within an integrated healthcare team.

Responsibilities include

delivering preventative, acute, and chronic care

care coordination and referrals

maintaining accurate medical records and completing administrative tasks

working with patients of various backgrounds and addressing complex health needs, including mental health and substance use disorders

Qualifications include

MD/DO license in Washington

board certification, residency completion, BLS, DEA license

preferred experience in community health, bilingual skills, and prescribing buprenorphine
