We are seeking a licensed counselor (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LSOTP) for a full-time position at a 48-bed residential facility serving males aged 12-19.
Starting salary is $70,000 for fully licensed counselors, with potential to increase based on experience and licensure. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). The role reports to the Clinical Director and COO. Responsibilities involve providing therapeutic treatment within a structured milieu environment, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and promoting positive behavior and social skills. Qualifications include a master’s degree in counseling or related field, relevant licensure, juvenile counseling experience preferred, and proficiency with technology tools.
