Licensed Counselor, LCSW, LPC, LCPC or LSOTP

We are seeking a licensed counselor (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, or LSOTP) for a full-time role at our residential facility serving young men aged 12-19.

**Salary:** Starting at $75,000, commensurate with experience and licensure.

**Responsibilities:** Provide therapeutic counseling within a structured milieu, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and community-based interventions to promote self-esteem, accountability, and social skills.

**Qualifications:** Master’s degree in counseling or related field, Illinois licensure, juvenile counseling experience preferred, proficiency in technology, and professional references.
