Role Overview:
This position involves performing quality diagnostic laboratory testing on various specimens, ensuring accurate and timely results. The role supervises no other positions but requires the ability to handle multiple physical activities and adapt to different activity conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory tests with precision and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain safety protocols, including wearing protective equipment.
- Handle biological specimens, chemicals, and infectious materials safely.
- Assist in physical activities such as lifting (up to 50 pounds), frequent movement, and making location or position changes.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of test results.
Qualifications & Skills:
Applicants must be capable of seeing clearly with corrective wear and hearing with assistance. Strong physical stamina, mobility, and the ability to respond to emergency situations are essential. Technical knowledge of laboratory procedures, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols are required.
