Role Overview:
Join a dedicated behavioral health team as a Mental Health Counselor, Master’s – Child Psychology, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess behavioral health needs of young patients and their families
Develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions to promote emotional well-being and resilience
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, psychiatrists, and primary care providers
Support family-centered care and empower families with tools for success
Qualifications & Skills:
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Family counseling or therapist experience
Basic Life Support certification upon hire
Strong communication, compassion, and collaboration skills
