The OB/GYN position is a full-time, exempt role based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Licensed, board-certified physician with expertise in women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive care. Responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing female health issues, including prenatal and postpartum care, and performing surgeries as needed. Supervises clinical staff, ensures compliance with standards, and participates in quality improvement initiatives. Coordinates with community resources and hospital privileges for comprehensive patient care. Provides patient counseling, referrals, and community outreach; participates in after-hours on-call coverage and ongoing education. Qualifications: Medical license in Texas, good organizational and communication skills, and experience in clinical leadership.
