We are seeking multiple OB/GYNs to join a growing practice across Dallas, Fort Worth, and Beaumont, TX.
Provide full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care, including gynecological surgeries at various venues.Enjoy more days off than typical, manageable call shifts, and backup support from CNMs and PRN staff.Work with a comprehensive team of specialists to support patient care.Utilize innovative tech platforms to enhance patient engagement and provider efficiency.Collaborate with team members to deliver patient-centered care across all ages.Perform surgeries in-office and at partner hospitals.Ensure effective communication and accurate documentation.Qualifications include board certification or eligibility, TX license, DEA license, and preferred experience of 1+ year.Schedule includes a 1:4 call rotation, 2.5 clinic days, and 1 surgery day weekly.Benefits feature competitive pay, insurance options, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and professional development.Compensation ranges from $300,000 to $350,000 annually.
