Seeking a part-time Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Physician to join a community-focused health center team dedicated to wellness, affordability, and excellence of care.
Provide osteopathic manipulation and primary care evaluations for all ages, supporting patients with acute and chronic conditions.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes, promote self-management, and coordinate care.
Document care accurately in electronic medical records, maintain licensure and certifications, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Schedule includes Thursday PM and Friday shifts, with potential to expand to full-time by early 2026.
Requirements: California medical license, osteopathic or equivalent training, DEA & Furnishing License, ability to see at least 10 patients per 4-hour shift.
