Role: Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality care to acutely ill, clinically stable patients transitioning from ICU or med-surg units
Performing cardiac monitoring and complex assessments
Titrating IV medications and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Educating patients and families about care and treatment plans
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience as a Stepdown RN with a strong clinical background
Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and complex patient assessments
Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly
