Responsibilities: Provide compassionate, evidence-based respiratory care to infants, children, and adolescents.
Perform assessments, administer therapies, manage ventilators, and respond to emergencies in collaboration with healthcare teams. Develop and adjust care plans, educate patients and families, document care in the EMR, and adhere to safety and infection-control standards.
