Overview
We are seeking Physical Therapists to provide personalized, 1:1 rehabilitative therapy in patients’ homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Practice independently within an interdisciplinary care team.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver rehabilitation therapy and adjust plans based on patient progress.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience or successful completion of probation as a Rehab Intern.
- Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state.
- Valid driver’s license required outside Manhattan.
