Physical Therapist – Outpatient

Key responsibilities include:

Establishing treatment plans and delivering therapy interventions tailored to patient needs

Educating patients, families, and healthcare providers, and making referrals as necessary

Delegating tasks to assistants and techs, ensuring appropriate skill application

Completing accurate documentation and conducting assessments, re-evaluations, and consultations

Qualifications required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy

Valid Physical Therapist License

No prior experience needed; Master’s Degree preferred
