The Family Medicine Physician, supervised by the Lead Physician and Chief Medical Officer, provides comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services.
Leads the care team, performs examinations, develops treatment plans, and manages acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices. Utilizes in-person, telehealth, and phone modalities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with legal standards. Coordinates care, monitors referrals, and educates patients on health promotion and disease prevention. Ensures regulatory compliance, maintains accurate records, participates in quality improvement, and adheres to clinical guidelines. Fosters effective communication within the team, builds external relationships, and upholds patient confidentiality. Manages administrative duties, supports clinic programs, and practices cost-effective medicine.
