Physician MD/DO Occupational Healthcare

Seeking a Physician (MD/DO) for a Medical Director or Clinician role at a large occupational health clinic serving police, fire, and over 9,000 city employees in Albuquerque. The position offers $250,000-$300,000+ annually and involves providing compliant, high-quality care, including orthopedic evaluations, X-rays, EKGs, wound care, and assessments. Responsibilities include accurate documentation, billing, team communication, and participation in administrative activities. Preferred candidates have 2+ years (Clinician) or 5+ years (Director) of patient care, with backgrounds in emergency, orthopedic, occupational, or aerospace medicine, and experience in chronic pain management for directors. Certifications such as DOT/FMCSA Medical Examiner and Medical Review Officer are advantageous. Must hold an active MD/DO license in NM, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
