We are hiring a psychiatrist to support an onsite inpatient psychiatric unit in Lancaster, CA.
This role involves providing adult mental health services, including patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, medication management, and rounding on patients 1-2 weekends per month.
Key skills include strong psychiatric evaluation abilities, inpatient or acute care experience, and the ability to diagnose and treat diverse patient populations.
Requirements: Board Certification in Psychiatry, CA Medical License (MD/DO), active CA DEA, and recent inpatient or acute care experience within the past 2 months.
This is a contract position offering pay from $2,000 per day, with benefits including a referral program. The work is in person, requiring recent inpatient experience (minimum 2 years).
