Psychiatrist

Seeking a full-time Board-Certified Psychiatrist (MD or DO) to provide comprehensive psychiatric care at a community-based clinic in Norwalk, CT.

Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care.

Preferred experience working with LGBTQ+ populations and providing culturally responsive, gender-affirming care. Must have an active CT license, DEA registration, and 3-5 years of practice experience.

Offers a salary range of $225,000–$265,000, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development support. The role requires in-person work in Norwalk, with relocation assistance provided.
