Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Acute Care – MedSurg, working in a day shift setting to provide high-quality, safe patient care within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with licensed and unlicensed care providers to deliver personalized patient care.
- Operate within a clinical environment guided by Nurse Managers, shared governance, and evidence-based practices.
- Adhere to nursing standards outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association.
- Uphold system policies, prioritize patient voices, and support service excellence goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN licensure in Georgia or under the eNLC, with a valid BLS card.
- Experience with direct patient care; national certification in specialty areas is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking and time management.
- Proficiency in clinical technology and basic computer skills.
