Role: Registered Nurse in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU).
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill surgical patients.
- Perform complex assessments, administer medications, and monitor patients continuously.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and operate advanced critical care equipment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure.
- Experience or knowledge in critical care or surgical units preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
