Role Overview: This position is for a registered nurse responsible for delivering quality patient care within a collaborative healthcare team. The nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, acting as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver appropriate interventions.
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure safe, effective care in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, care provided, and any incidents.
- Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and fostering patient- and family-centered care.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Support professional development by maintaining licenses, certifications, and staying current with industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Valid RN license and current BLS certification.
- Experience in direct patient care preferred.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
