Role Overview: This position is for a Registered Nurse providing high-quality nursing care within a patient care team. The nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, acting as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, delivering care according to established plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care while promoting positive patient experiences.
- Advocate for patients by listening to concerns, providing education, and ensuring needs are met.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing care quality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associates or Diploma Nursing degree; Bachelors preferred.
- Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in direct patient care preferred.
