Description:
Seeking a dedicated, community-focused Rheumatologist for a full-time outpatient role in the Buffalo Southtowns. The ideal candidate will prioritize clinical excellence, collaborative care, and community health.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care for adults with autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Oversee the on-site infusion suite, ensuring patient safety and treatment protocol adherence.
- Collaborate with primary care and specialists for coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Educate and support patients and families managing chronic conditions.
- Participate in community health initiatives and improve access to specialty care for underserved populations.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, with call as needed.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Rheumatology.
- Eligible for NY medical license.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to community care.
- Experience supervising infusion services is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $250,000 – $300,000, based on experience.
