Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our IN-HOUSE therapy team.

_New grads welcome! Open to Part-Time and PRN positions. Full-time offers a $10,000 sign-on and re-location bonus._

Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and creating personalized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Deliver evidence-based therapy, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in care planning.

Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current State Licensure, CCC-SLP, and preferred experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
