Speech Language Pathologist

Seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our IN-HOUSE therapy team.

Open to Part-Time and PRN positions.

Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; delivering evidence-based therapy; collaborating with an interdisciplinary team; educating patients and families; maintaining accurate documentation; and participating in care planning.

Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current State Licensure, CCC-SLP from ASHA; CFY candidates welcome. Prior SNF experience preferred but not required.
