Role Overview:

Seeking a Licensed Clinician to supervise Substance Abuse Counselors and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outpatient care for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). The role involves overseeing patient intake, discharge, and transfer paperwork, documenting progress through counseling, developing personalized treatment plans, and addressing clinical needs. The clinician will conduct individual, group, and family counseling, ensuring at least 20 hours of direct patient contact weekly, and educate patients on treatment and recovery steps. Responsibilities also include obtaining urine drug screens and maintaining confidentiality and data protection.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master’s degree and state-specific licensure (e.g., LMHC)

Experience in substance abuse treatment preferred

Strong counseling, documentation, and clinical assessment skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team
